I did not arrive at this work through theory alone. Like many sensitive people, I once carried the weight of a lineage that was not mine to bear. I navigated the fracture of a dysfunctional religious upbringing and the descent of silence until I realized that my sensitivity was not a flaw to be managed, but an initiation to be claimed.
For over 15 years, I have served as a bridge between the psychological and the spiritual. As a counselling-informed Shadow & Sovereignty Coach, Best-Selling Author, and Keynote Speaker, my mission is to help empaths and visionaries move from inheritance to authorship.

AN INITIATED PATH
From Healing to Initiation My practice shifted when I recognized that healing is never just personal, it is also ancestral. Through a series of initiatory encounters with the "wounded masculine" and the unspoken roles within my own lineage, Ancestral Shadow Alchemy was born.
I moved from "repairing symptoms" to "integrating patterns." I no longer believe people need to be fixed; I believe they need the inner structures required to hold their own power.
