A counselling-informed, initiatory space for empaths and sensitive souls who are ready to step out of inherited patterns and into authorship of their lives.
I work with intuitive, sensitive people who feel deeply, perceive subtle dynamics, and often carry more than their share emotionally, ancestrally, and relationally. This work supports you to consciously meet what has shaped you, integrate it, and reclaim your inner authority.
You may recognise a sense of holding family grief, emotional responsibility, or unspoken roles that were never truly yours. Rather than bypassing or endlessly soothing these patterns, we bring them into awareness understanding how they live in the psyche, the body, and the nervous system so they can be metabolised rather than repeated.
This is not a space for fixing or rescuing. It is a space for slowing down enough to listen, discerning what is yours to carry and what is not, and developing the inner structures required for sovereignty: boundaries, self-trust, and a coherent sense of self.
You were never meant to unconsciously carry your lineage forward. This work is for those who feel the call to become the one who meets it consciously integrating the past, reclaiming personal authority, and living from a place that feels grounded, authentic, and unmistakably your own.

HOW I WORK
My approach is grounded in counselling principles and shaped by discernment, collaboration, and respect for your nervous system. The work is paced intentionally not rushed, not forced but meeting you where you are while remaining oriented toward growth rather than avoidance.
Sessions integrate reflective dialogue, practical psychological tools, and intuitive insight. Where appropriate, and always with consent, I weave in shadow work, ancestral awareness, guided inquiry, and dream exploration to illuminate the deeper patterns influencing your inner and outer life.
This is not about fixing you or bypassing your experience. It is about developing your capacity to meet yourself honestly, understand the forces that have shaped you, and take responsibility for the changes you are ready to make.
Emotional safety is essential not as a place to stay indefinitely, but as the foundation from which meaningful, sustainable transformation can occur.
